Lesya I really like the texture you use... How do you achieve that effect? Like in the background the texture looks cloudy, almost?

texture over lay on a separate layer. this is all photoshop talk =) i use the hard light, over lay and soft light on the layer setting quite a lot. and i collect diff texture stock from anywhere i can get them. da has lots of nice ones.
then i just change colors and tinker with it, till i get something i like the look of.

PHOTOSHOP TALK WOO!~ I actually understand it kind of though I'm desperately still trying to figure it out =_= I really love the program though and have successfully weaned off of my other program that I regularly use. YES!
Light is something Im really struggling with I wish I could munch on your brain about it so I could figure it out. I CANT FIGURE OUT HOW LIGHT WORKS.
I've tried reading on it, observing. Shading is just so...difficult for me!
